You should at least have a reference for anatomy, the chest seems to be unequal to each other, adding to what Tania said. Concerning the shading, add depth to your shading, define the figure and muscle structure (or metal structure, or whatever you would call it for the cyborg).

Arms are still too shorts, the pants make his legs look skinny (unless it was tight jeans or something). The hair needs more definition (lines, perhaps more depth), looks like a plain old hat, the back of the hair has to be more smooth, it can't be that sharp.

Yes,there are several problems with it,I'll begin:
1.The left arm is lower than the right arm.
2.The right leg is also lower than the left feet.
3.The head could use better positioning.
4.His arms are also thin.
Though you made this from scratch, the proportions are quite like the usual little fighter sprites, his muscles look good too.
You are showing improvement in every sprite of yours!

The abs are a bit too centered (out of placed) move them to the right...
muscles are an ok job...as well as the hair
fix the face, they allways seem to be squished on facial features, let loose and widen them apart and u should be fine...
i really like how u did the shading on those pants, nice job...
