yea i really like Tempest but that hair, i think there just might be an abundance of hair on his head
idk just my opinion, if u would cut part of his top back hair...or just trim it a bit so that it doesn't drown out his whole head, it was kinda distracting... :P

tempest is great - looks like you could sprite his basic sheet easily
i agree about the hair part - but i would not cut off anything but just free transform it a little down
1 or 3 pixels less height may be enough

youll have a hard time making him equal to rocky (like firen and freeze)

but franz and vahn are way below your usual quality
looks like you have trouble putting their trademarks/details into a sprite
vahn has an overload of detail as youve already said
and franz has really weird (mainly not enough/wrong) shading on his hair (not only that its too bright)
and the colour sceme on his jacket ... ad some folds to it, or change his shoulders - anything that underlines his actual body shape - right now his middle section just looks poorly shaped

Based from a chick from my comic. She is outrageously strong. If she was to be in LF she'll be super imbalanced and stronger then julian :P

LUEY

Crazy berserker. The black whirlwind. Based off of li kui from outlaws of the marsh. I always wanted to draw this guy, Well the version that I see in my mind.

FYNN

This guy is based off of Zhang shun also from outlaws of the marsh and what he sorta looks like in my mind. minus the tattoos.

BOXER

This guys is pure defense. He is the turtle hermit. Ideas from DBZ 's master roshi and also that blind guy from kenshin.

the head might be a bit small compared to the original heros

The final Rocky face looks so AWESOME! :D The hair and face is superb, maybe only the scarf shading needs some work, it appears like a very sharp transition between midtone->shadow.

Franz does look a bit weird with his round shoulders, which is highlighted by the yellow "stripes" on his arms. I like the new face though ;D
