1.I like foldings around his face.
2.I like the scythe.

1.Hands too small.
2.Head has a bit weird shape.

Hmm, I'm somehow missing the threat that he should radiate. The cloak is probably getting too thin around the waist, hence he doesn't look like a ferocious character that could be after your life

Drawing too small hands seem to be my eternal curse :3
Also, the head thing might be that he's wearing a loose hood (because, to be honest, you don't see his actual head at all...)

our reaper is from the awesomeness clan so he is a not scary person though he kills spammers single-handed but thats just nitpicking.
