atm the first thing i noticed was the lighting
there is not a whole lot of contrast, it just seems to seep into the dark
make sure it's noticeable lighting
also the hair doesn't look natural, make sure that hairlines aren't too consistent...
make them each individualy irregular (to make it appear natural)
notice how the face has more contrast than the rest of the body
follow the same lighting as the face...
i like the shoes though... :P

I think that these sprites are good and a few comic,but i voted for awsome
