By my understanding, since the administrator of this tournament made the rules http://www.lf-empire.de/forum/announcements.php?aid=8 then the Firzen cheat and the Function cheats would obviously not be allowed.

First I dont see Grontal, Megatron and roxi in the tournament network..
Second It doesnt make sense to allow the cheat if you have to chose random..
