GD (How u select color palette)
#1
Ahh.. It was so long since i made a new thread...

-Shut this nonsense.. Get to the point.

I was worried that our General Discussion forum still doesn't have a general discussion thread. So, i thought of opening a new thread named "GD (general discussion)" Tada! here it is. The main motive was to reduce excessive amount of 2-3 post solvable problem threads. But i am facing a dilemma .
The Dilemma (Click to View)
So, i am putting up a poll. Give justice in voting :P . I will make topic related to anything (Or the ones i receive depending upon the poll result..)

Thanks IA for voting

Summary: (for the ones who still don't get the idea) We will discuss random Topics. Thats it.

And untill the voting gets over, i am making a new topic...

How u select color palette

I was playing with settings in PS (photoshop) to arrive to a conclusion of selecting highlights and shadows of particular color and arrived to this particular result :

Am still not satisfied with the result. How u guys do it?

im actually doing it on the fly while i shade. first i get my ground color (the darkest one), then i pull the light level more and more up. i dont even always save my color palette somewhere.

@gd idea: screw both. one thread would lead to a dieing of the actual section since all topics would be in here. also there would be quickly too many topics, so oversight will be lost.
but dont make random topics just because you think you need to make one. if you got sth to tell or discuss with us, feel free to make a thread. but dont think of reasons BECAUSE you want to make a new thread. there are fairly active users here who barely post any threads.
