Ok, ok I am trying hard to clean the sprites, Its not so easy as you think.
Anyways I want to figure out about the data of the char.
I have some basic moves:

1.Cannon (most have)
2.Meteor shower
3.Huge fireball
4.Burning Mode

If you want more moves, I will DC it, bu you have to drop me a PM or give a reply :p

hmm, i wouldnt call them fantastic. But then again, it is pretty hard to think of original fire-based moves.
Ideas:
Your character could create a circle of fire around him, make it pretty wide, so as to create a safe zone only for him to walk in and out of unharmed, which could be a nice temporary shield type thing.
Your character could run and then do a firey cart wheel creating a fire disc/frizbee thing that continues on for a bit afterwards!

Or maybe he could have a temporary fire-punch move, when you activate it, it makes all your punches do fire damage, and you have a new super punch finish shooting fire columns or something.
You could even make him punch the ground, creating a permanent lava pool, which occasionally summons fire demons or something.

Sticking to the cliche cannons and fireballs wont mean its an exciting character. Step outside your comfort zone and you can make a char that everyone will love for its moves, and no one will care about the sprites!
If you think they are too hard to DC, then thats why we have an entire DC forum section, a DC tutorial section on the mainsite, and a group of DC competent Members willing to answer questions for you!

Burning Mode, actually it is some new which he charges up and transforms and is in an angry state burning everyone with flames.
Also, I have added a fire energy ground, which doesnt allow any of his enemies to come inside it.
I'll remove the meteor shower and the cannon because they are really glitchy.

Here is an update:
Blurriness is removed and some dirty pixels are also removed.

The rolling frames are a bit uncreative but that's the only way t do it.

Here I have finished all the basic sprites:

From now, I will have to do only the data and some specific sprites.
The burning char is very easy for me to do so it is no problem.
More moves are welcome

1.Use fire balls which chase.Draw them,don't use fire_ball.bmp.
2.Draw 2 big balls (with whatever shape you want) and Blaze will shot them one from the left and ane from the right (effect: 2).
3.Draw him angry,with fire around him,then Blaze run and attack like julian >>A.But remember fire should have a nice ratio with speed of body while he is running.While he is running,fire should be a few behind him,but when he attack the opponent,fire should go a few before him.(In this move is better to don't use bdy,but in the end the choice is yours).

A short list of moves for Blaze since the basic sprites are done:

1.Energy Up (DBZ Type)
(I will improve it later)
2.Transform! (help needed to make a timer)
3.Fire Arena
4.Fire meteors (not only from Firzen's but modified by me also)
More moves wanted.....
