Will he fight in general or just not this tournament? the majority decided that it's ok to replace fighters with new ones in first round:

i am online EVERY DAY in ICQ, EVERYTIME i am at home.
if u believe it or not: i am working most of the day...

and i am also in hamachi most time i am online...

and i never saw nelo...

to get warning points for this would prove, that u are not really experienced in leading tournaments...
