I messed around with the background colors and think that red is best.



As for the dynamite, I think, that no flame is the most believable (or rational) one. On the other hand, if it will have a "burning" sound effect, then maybe the flame is okay. Hard to tell, really. Go with your instincts.

i thought too to make a bomber char (abori) but i want on lava

the face pic is good but way u add a lightning at the BG i think if its a bomber char u need to put on the BG a huge Bang XD somthing like this:
if u want u can use it if not ur choise

Would be best if you'd use a diffirent color than red... and something with less saturation. And you should try to get rid of the gray outline.

Add a little bit of tint of yellow to the BG. It will make it warmer

Whoa, suddenly, everyone's an artist. Use anything, but the ones with lightnings or flames, keep it LF2 styled. And now that I look at it, face-pics really have big outlines, I'll keep that in mind.
