Unlock Chars

Hi, I don't know if it's possible, but can I do something like this:
-Unlock all the chars except davis, but the cheats will make them appear( NO CHANGING ID)
-When I finish stage 1, two chars will appear in the selection screen, stage 2 finished, 2 chars will appear. Is this possible, even with hex.

Is it possible with hex - yes.

Is it possible that you can do it with Hex, right now? Without knowing much else (considering you're asking if it's possible - you won't have the necessary ability to do so) - no.

Learn to hex edit and read up on some ASM, handle some cheatengine and add in ollydbg. Then you'll be able to do it. Just may take some time to learn it all. Undoubtably, most of us on the forum can't do this. Exceptions may include Xidd, Silva and Nave more than likely. Maybe throw in a bit of MH or BP or something.

If you want to do this, put some serious effort in.
