I think you need to raise the ice up a bit.. it looks like it's coming from his left hand (lower hand)
it should be in the middle

I like mortal kombat, as well as this char's design
some things to be fixed though

ice attack-on the last frame there's some pixels on the left(in the gif, at least). the hands look horribly unproportional when he's bringing his hands around too. also, shouldn't the attack charge when he's putting his hand behind him? or it looks kinda pointless :/

breathing- doesn't look very smooth, i think it's because the robe probably should move with the shirt, they're (sort of) connected

can't wait for this to get finished though, it's going to be awesome ^^
