Well theres already a project of a new dbz on the 13th zone (hidden project) which myself, sheldee and couple more are working on. Plz dont ask anything else about it cuz thats all i can say...

Yes,but you are registered later there.So they have only the main team.

Why you all wont make your own dbz

as far as I am concerned, everyone is entitled to make their own version of DBZ characters, whether someone else is making it or not. Modding is a hobby after all. Just because Harle and pf are making one, some other person could come along and come up with a character or two just to self-highing (if that's a word) purposes, but also could serve as a motivation for the two mentioned above.
