It look great,you made dragon look like MIGHTY SHENRON (DRAGON BALL),but there is one but,his tail looks like worm,not a dragon.And i like your idea with pants ant jacket.
Whaat sprite,your sprite is cool but i dont like his eyes(right eye pupil is smaller than left)
mermaids and mermaidman or neptune have fish tail,not octopus hand or whatever its called,and one more thing if his body have chest and stomach muscles why i cant see them on his arms.
I thinked you can do better,but you dissapointed me.

voted for whaat, as imo it has a general higher quality and more details. though it seems a bit too bright and sharp (might be because my browser zooms in a bit by default though)

With all respect I don't think either of those sprites is good enough for being crowned as spriting champion.

Already in the semi-finals...Where's apoc, chishio, sieg, alec, luti or prince freeza?
Whatever the reason was for them dropping off, deadline or something(?), I still think that the result is wrong.
I don't want to critisize bashscrazy or whaat but I don't think either of them is the best spriter here.
Ofcourse they're both good, but still not the best

This is just my opinion, someone might think otherwize.
But also the whole tournament-like system is a bit strange. I liked the "war"-idea much more.
But in a tournament, just like in real life, the winner is not always the most expected.

Well, i'm one of the participants but i still agree with you, i really do know that Apoc, Sieg, Luti and many more guys are better than me in spriting. But let's see, only Apoc and Betit from the pro spriters took part at this tournament, betit's sprite was out of theme and Apoc forfeited becouse of no time (?), I think this shouldn't even be thought as ''the tournament to know the best spriter of LFE'', cuz there was so little pro spriters, i think this should be counted as ''the best amateur spriter at LFE'' and the winner should be counted as pro spriter?
Or smthing like that D: dunno lol.

Aw, cumon! why the heck always the same old well-known faces should always win? They are the elite of LFE, but still, you shouldn't be disappoint because of newer faces getting to finals. In fact, i think this was pretty smartly organized (f.e PF almost always is up to perfect sprites, but dropped out because humor isn't his strong point, not cuz he sucks at spriting) because the aforementioned "newer faces" got a change.
