Well. Uniform usually lays on some special signs reffering to something.
Making them all wearing same pants and giving same pose don't really make them a team. Also the black ones have too small head.
Also they have no hands.

about pants and same pose i just made standing pose that you all can see how they look but maybe laer i will make special team pose for them.
about hands i wil fix it

I'm still complaining about 8 completly different guys wearing same pair of pants

come on,do army mens have differents pants,swat forces,police mans ?

Hmm, what I personally dislike is the armor in the first two sprites. The outlining makes it look somewhat unnatural. Try to rely less on outlines and more on shading; thus, it'd match the general sprite-style better

Usually they have same shirt instead of pants.

ahh come on Gad dont act so childish,now you remind Betitngoan,like betitngoan whined that he dont like this and this,NOW you doing same,you know im designing my sprites not you so,you not the boss to me
