Wouldn't it be better to have a constant ki charging? This one looks pretty strange to me.

It flashes like that cause that's the way the DATA is made.
The only way to regen your MP is by inputs.
So to continue charging you keep pressing the attack button.
each 2nd of the frame input opoints a 3 frame aura.
So sometimes you have no aura for a split second and sometimes there are 2 auras at once for a split second.

ALSO! I FINISHED ALL BASIC SPRITES!!! YAY! - (well fire too lazy to do D: - and not noticable in game and I need to change the run attack - Then I can work on the COMBO attack like I have for VEGETA and then start on SUPER VEGITO!)

Seems like a pretty fair way to regenerate mp, but less controlable. Did you consider making an mp3 charge that stops when pressing D? That would at least solve the weird flashes.

Super Vegito's Kamehameha (Click to View)

(except I wanted the ball to "catch" the enemy then blow up that way it can cut through attacks without blowing up - however the catching never worked. So, if I can't get it to work then I may make it a state 3000 ball instead of 3006) (so it works like the big bang attack)

Gave him the charging ki move as well
I have also finished his Big Bang Attack and Final Kamehameha

The Kamehameha and Big Bang Attack are based off the anime

Also Final Kamehameha is kinda based off of the BT and RB series but my own version

P.S. "The most invulnerable" is a logical and stylistic fallacy, because being invulnerable is a state of perfection, there's no more or less in this matter. Just name it "The invulnerable".
