even if it's perspective.. his left shoulder is much higher than his right shoulder
and there isn't much shading either. Seems to flat.

Your sprites will look nice if you improve your shading.

It looks better now! You have improved your shading.Thatz good! Try giving it a some more shady texture.Practise shading it will make your sprites look nice.
