No. Don't draw ANY manga/anime, just go back to those crayon colorings.
If you still want to draw manga style, feel free to, but please don't post it here before you've slightly improved.
You can look for tutorials on google. Or buy one of those books "how to draw manga" (but I highly doubt that you'll find use of it since you need to know how to draw properly first)
Oh yeah, and keep practicing. That's what you probably need to do the most.
