ah this sprite is way too basic for you and also try to dynamic positions also. About the sprite as I said too basic head is flat/chubby make it thinner
and hands are too short make them longer

His jacket in his face looks weird. on the left side of his face instead of it covering his face maybe it should be behind so both flaps are facing the same direction instead of into his face.
