I think that DB chars should fly more as they do in film.You have added running by feet in some of them,while in film is hard to see them running while they fly.Also i think that you should add horizontal fly and maybe something else to let them more in the air.

Also video was exciting.

Yeah I would add flying but I don't think there's a method that would allow for smooth awesome flying where you can battle in air like I tried with Mugen. But that's cause in LF2 there is a Z-AXIS. Also adding flying and stuff will use up frames which I don't really have D:

Final Kamehameha looks kinda similar to Super Kamehameha except for the color. And I thought that Final Kamehameha was a ball and was used by normal Vegito. I never saw Big Bang Attack as a ball for Vegito.

BTW, what DCing did you do for making that Big Bang Attack Beam? :P
