First of all: There is no shading at all.
Second: This is recoloured bat.

Advice:
1. SHADE
2. Think of something more creative than recolouring bat.

There is shade but is very small( ill fixed it)
And if you dont see i try to do armour and i give him some new weapon

but
ill get better!!!!!!!

You don't have to add what you uploaded images with.

Also you can start from trying to give bat a new hair.
