I would give you some practical example but I am not having any photoshop or the like on my computer right now, so i hope this will do:
It looks a bit weird because from our view the right shoulder is facing too much forward.
It should go a bit more back because actually both shoulders are in a straight line in this pose (if you try to mimic the pose yourself in the mirror you will notice that.)
The same goes for the face it should more face to the front now the face is a bit more facing us but the eyes are not.

I recommend you to imagine a running human. Please, can't you see how his shoulders are wrong?
Open davis,dennis,woody or others' running frames and try to find the odd by comparing their arms with yours.

It's a bit better now. Just try to figure out that is head is not in right postion it's a bit turning round.
