since i kind of broke my mouse (don't ask how lol) and have no table at hand, I decided to let spriting go for a while and try dc again for a change.

i have thought of a new idea or two in which i would need your help, first I'll explain the ideas, my way of solving them partly and then the problems I already encountered in the thinking process.

I can think of one way lol. It's the simplest but probably not what you want.
When he summons the first weapon it's also a transformation and the 2nd weapon is also a transformation.
When you get hit to the ground you can make it so he de-transforms one level. so when he's carrying 2 weapons now he transforms to the 1 weapon guy and when he's carrying one and gets hit down to lying frames he has no weapons.

that way you can avoid different attacking patterns cause you can just change teh PUNCH style attack frames for each char YEYEYYEYE

Hey!
I remember that freeze was dropping the older weapon which was in hi hands before.

If we change the type of that wpoint which was before the opointing, it may use two, even more!

Can you try this phil, i cannot reach my computer and try this:(

And don't worry about trigger thingies; they all can be solved by a planned itrk8 series:)


and for second one:

When he is performing the light weapon attack frames; he has a itr k8 which has the dvx: xxx.
And the ice sword has a opoint to create the body which will react with that itrk8 in the starting of attack.

So, when you try to hit with ice sword with freeze; a com logo will appear and you will apply the spesific attack.

Of course this will make "everybody whom will try to hit with sword" create a com logo but if you are interested i can explain how to apply it only with freeze..

That's actually a point i forgot to mention. If i transform how would I make him transform back, with him losing only one sword and not all two. So he is then back to normal freeze holding one sword.
creating two transformations is certainly a neat idea and easy to achieve, but it would be a lot more effort, more dat files and I would probably tempted to enhance it (because that would also just look boring lol)

if i would change that, wouldn't that make him have two weapons in one hand in which the other is behind the first weapon?
Also which kind would you use then? 3 is usually for freeze's sword. 2 for the frames in the weapon dat itself. 1 is for throwing it with a dvx/y/z

For the first one:

forget what i said about it and do these (just to see wtf will happen:D)
1) copy the frame which opoints the sword.
2) paste it down of it.
3) edit the x: value of its opoint.
4) take care of next: tags:D (i mean make it in this sequence: 1st opoint, 2nd opoint, finish frames)


For second one:
First things first; for this, you will have to edit all the light weapons.(don't be scared, just some kind of copy-paste process:D)

All we need is a fake weapon frame.

First find which weapon action freeze uses in where we we'll put the com-logo-creator-weapon-action. It's kinda supposed to be the in the wpoint of first frame of light-weapon-attack.
I will call this action-frame as KKK.

Then open the weapon-7.dat.
Find the frame KKK.

Copy it.
Paste it somewhere down.
Change its frame number to TTT.
Add the creation of com logo into TTT.

Then change the KKK into TTT in freeze's light weapon attack.

So what is wrong now?
This change will make the freeze buggy for other usages of other light weapons.
What should we do?
We should copy-paste the all KKK frames in light weapons in their own data files and turn one of them into TTT.

Simple...
OH! I forgot to say something for the first one:D

edit for #1) copy the frame which opoints the sword and change the oid of one of them into baseball bat.

PS: If it can use both weapons together; we will be able to make chars using two weapons:D!
Of course with an extra weapon data file which has changed centerx'...

To transform back I'm pretty sure you can just do the oid: 80xx in the lying frames to the character you want to go back to.

it opoints the sword first, then lets it fall and then opoints the baseball bat.

I have a crazier idea on my mind!

First freeze summons a sword.
If he presses dvj again; he will destroy the old sword and will create another sword which has a different data, different sprites. These sprites are made for two swords. I mean, in a pic; there are two swords.

This is a lil hard project but not impossible.

yes but.. if he gets hit he loses the whole weapon aka the two swords, not just one. Well the more I think about it i think it does not matter much but still.

I want to talk about your idea to hold two weapons at the same time. What are all them transformations for?

There is stil just one wpoint u can use.

So how is this going to hold 2 weapons at once?
