upper hair part resembles goku ssj hair.
Better do something like this

fix his abs and chest muscles,he looks like old grany
forgot some red things on his boots ands his golden neck thingy and his belt too

It looks strange that you have taken the light source into account on his chest and abdomen, but not on his right arm. It shouldn't have so strong highlights if you shade it that way. Proportions look good though

Okay, tried to fix all things you mentioned :/
-More light to chest
-Less light to right arm
-Bigger abs
-Fixed hair
-Added red things to shoes
etc. etc.
