I think we need an Instant Messenger besides Hamachi because we often do not notice the messages on Hamachi due to the lack of notification Hamachi provides. I would suggest using Skype because it is easily acquired, provides text and voice chat features and the ability to create groups and add members to it. This would help keeping the matches up because we want each round to be as fast as one week.

The only problem is getting everyone to download Skype and send a contact request to administrators. After that, the admins can help the players by sharing the necessary contacts and reminding them of their required matches if it seems needed.
