How to customize the number of characters

Hi All,

I have added some new characters, weapons, backgrounds in lf2(2.0a) version. But it has some limitation like

1. the maximum number of characters can be added is restricted to 92 or 95 something around this figure.

And same the case with other objects like weapons, background etc..

Now, my question is that, how we can customize the number of character limitation?
e.g. now, I am playing with 16 characters. I have to add some more characters into it which counts 100(suppose) but it extend the limitation of adding new character.

Is there any tool to change it or configuration changes to make ?

In 2.0a , the limit is extended to 500 dat files per exe.

I have gone through this .exe file, Cracking it means losing recording, background music and big screen(full screen view). I will never recommend this software to any people as it decreases the functionality of the original game.

Anyway, thanks for the idea........
