Again two things that i didn't like:
The tail strike. He turns, swings his tail. Boom. F Yeah.
Since it's somekinda super_punch, it should look little more powerful. Maybe he should make a whole circle (360) and not only 180 :/ also it should look little more powerful, maybe add some ''speedlines'' or whatever they are called.
Also that ''sound attack'' looks pretty cheap :/ Also why not white circles since all his other attacks have white power?

About that ''slicing ball'', i still would fix it D: is it plastic running through the ground? No, it's energy! and it should fade away :/
Think this as sketch for the sprite sheet:

The ball just falls to the ground, but the ''sparkles'' ofc stay at the top of the ground (in your version there was some kinda sparkles or smthing that makes it look ''it hitted the ground'')
