Dragon says I cant switch a char, he is enjoying making up rules?

- Main character are all allowed
- lf2.net cheat isnt allowed
- Henry flute (D^J) allowed only for 1 time (cuz it's only the 1 skill that cant be dodged or blocked)
- Rudolf's clone move (DvJ) allowed only for 1 time (international tournament always with lags, so dont let the CPU won all the matches)
- Map HK Coliseum is selected as basic. Players can change map to another with mutual assent of both players
- 250 hp combo-moves Limit
- Dragon Punch Davis 2 times, Tigerdash Woody 3 times.
- 5 rounds will be played, and 5 replays for proof

I dont see any rule like that..

After i wrote Rashar a third time, he finally was able to fight against me.
The first two fights he took davis (me deep) and i had won both of them (no records because he pushed F4 although i told him to stop that after the first time he did it...)
Then he wanted to took another Char (Dennis) i tried to told him that this does not work (rules etc.)
but he don´t get it... thats sad.
after a few minutes he closed LF2

so i will win after tomorrow 5:0 because he broke the rules...

I dont see in the rule list any rule that says I cant change a char, so I should get my win tomorrow cuz u just dont wanna play. the only sad thing here is that you are afraid of my Dennis even tho I never play with lags and I suck badly at it so you probably will get 5:0.

Seems like Rashar did not read the topics regarding the GLT#3 at all...
There was a big discussion about the mode of character choice at the beginning of the tournament. You simply have to pick one character and stay with that one.
