There's no logic in the hair colour they choose for the fusions.
At the very start of the series, Vegeta had brown colour hair, I believe... then they changed it for some random season.

Explanation - Most of the PL's listed above were mentioned in DBZ. But some people argue over Goku's powered up state, whether its 8,000 or 9,000. Well, since Vegeta states that it's "OVER NINE THOUSANDDD!", I think my listing is pretty accurate. When a saiyan transforms into an oozaru his power increases 10x, and Goku obviously couldn't overpower Vegeta's Gallick Gun at 3x Kaioken, making Vegeta's attack having to be at least what I have stated.

Most of these PL's aren't certain, although they are the most rational estimates I have. Goku's base and Kaioken x2 levels are stated in the manga as well as Ginyu's, and since him and Goku were about even before he reached his max (120,000), Ginyu's base must have been around 90,000. Vegeta's PL's were determined because he was able to easily defeat Jeice and overpower Ginyu, and after that he was able to hold his own against Frieza in his first form. Finally, since Vegeta was the only one able to follow Frieza's movements in his true form, his PL must have been decently higher than Piccolo's, and even close to that of Frieza's. Vegeta could have put up a good fight if he hadn't given up all hope near the end of the battle, but he was obviously weaker than Frieza was. Regarding Goku's base being at only 300,000, it's very reasonable if thought about. Some say his base was around 2,000,000, but remember, his base when he arrived was only 90,000, so it's very irrational to say that his power increased by over 15x when Vegeta took 3 near death experiences to increase by that much. And another note, during the Saiyan battles the Kaioken technique was stated to be very dangerous to Goku's body, but by the time he arrived on Namek it just became a simple power-up, knowing this it wouldn't be crazy to say that after his near death experience at the hands of Ginyu the first 5 stages of Kaioken would be used naturally just because his body could handle so much more. Oh, and just to clarify, Gohan became furious the third time when he returned to fight Frieza after he thought Goku was dead. He was able to catch Frieza off guard in his 50% form, but did little else.

In terms of Tien's, Yamcha's, and Chao-Tzu's PL's in the Trunks saga, they were able to take out Jeice and Burter, Recoome, and Guldo respectively without much effort, so their PL's had to be noticeably higher. As for Vegeta, his SSJ form was said to be stronger than Goku's, and Trunks states that he couldn't believe his fathers strength. Piccolo was able to dominate #20, and since he and Kami are two halves of a whole being, it would make sense that the fusion would double Piccolo's power. Ascended Saiyan's have 4x the power of normal Super Saiyans and ultra saiyans have 8x that power, but are significantly slower. Although Cell outclassed Vegeta in his perfect form, both Tien and #16 thought that Cell still came up a little short of Vegeta's strength, but Krillen stated that Cell was hiding his true power. Full power SSJ PL's are just estimate's, but though some people argue that Gohan was stronger than Goku, even from the start of the Cell Games, he was not because it wasn't until he went SSJ2 that Vegeta said Gohan had surpassed him. Vegeta powered up to his ultra form to perform final flash, but chose not to fight head on in that form for obvious reasons. SSJ2 has 3x the power of a fully mastered super saiyan. Finally, both Vegeta and Trunks were able to challenge the Cell Jr.'s, so their PL's must have been very close.

SSJ3 Goku has 5x as much power as he did in his SSJ2 form. Even though Buu's up front power is significantly lower than SSJ3 Goku's, his "well of power", which was evil buu, in addition to his amazing endurance, helped him in that fight...plus Goku was holding back to give those alive the chance to defeat Buu. As with the unfused saiyans, when fused saiyans go SSJ their PL's increase by 10x, but with Gotenks going from SSJ to SSJ3, his power only increases 3x, otherwise he would've completely dominated Super Buu. Mystic Gohan WAS stronger than SSJ3 Goku AND SSJ3 Gotenks, despite what anyone says. Base Vegetto combines the full power of both Goku and Vegeta, and since "their rivalry makes the fusion more complete," an extra 500,000,000 is added on. Pui Pui stood no chance against Vegeta even at base, and Dabura was slightly stronger than Gohan but significantly weaker than Goku and Vegeta. Lastly, Yakon's PL was said to be "3 thousand kili's"... assuming that kili's means thousand, his PL must have been 3,000,000; as it's stated he's stronger than Pui Pui but barely challenges Goku even before he goes SSJ.

nah, none of these r actually true (actually the ones after frieza saga are not) akira stopped involving power levels after the namek saga.. since earlier for some reason he kept track of their power lvl's. i remember frieza checking for vegetas power level when he arrived on namek being at 24.000k and ginyu measuring gokus when kaiokne powering up being at 180,000.

yeh after that they stopped counting..
