better, i suggest you make a more defined(?) shading for the hair.. like using visible spikey strokes to show hairy texture.
other shading looks not bad, keep doing what u did for this sprite and u will get better as i hope. "I'm the president of the shadow government

look at my drawings/sprites, they suck. But i still comment on creations of dudes like bp, alectric, prince_freeza, siegvar, whaat, gad, timme, uhm and etc.

I can see the improvements.
I like hair but there is missing some dark shade(or highlight!) Do somethings more imaginative for design and shade(yours sprites is really simple) but i wanst say its bad!!! breast need to be same size like stomach (sometimes bigger). ...Keep it up!!! Pretty nice. Probably your best sprite up till now. Face looks a bit fat. Not bad shading, you just leave some bright points on corps (beside right hand). I like hair, but spikes should be more sharped.
