Can someone unmole box 2 games for me?
#1
I want to unmole box bx-lf2 all remake 0,0' But only for my own use, not to be released or given to anyone else. Also, could you unmolebox S.D.Lf2 and just pm the link to me?

Sorry, I think we should respect the wishes of the folks who moleboxed it in the first place. They didn't want their work used for anything besides those mods. I understand that you only want to use them yourself, but once the sprites are out, that's a pandora's box we can't close.

Also, I don't know about the others here, but I don't have a clue how to unpack a molebox anyway.

he means that if someone does unmole-box the games for you, and the files that were inside the molebox are put on the internet, then there is no proper way to stop those files from spreading to people who may use them as part of a release that the original author(s) do not want them for

basically, it's like not giving someone matches to prevent a house from being set on fire.

So, if someone unmoleboxes bx-lf2, everyone can get it? Or just unmolebox it? [I think those are the "Evils" That your talking about...?]

EDIT: If someone does put it on the internet, after I download it, cant they just delete the file from that website? And its solved?

simply put, yes - because we cannot be sure that whoever the unmoleboxed version is passed to will not share it with other people.

yes and no. ethically it is best to ask for the authors' permissions before any unmoleboxing is done. normally people molebox things so that other people will not use them for their purposes.
p/s: i know how annoying these answers are, since it's a "no" with other justifying explanations, but a "no" nonethelesss.
