I cant see nose and do some other shade for hair and more contrast in shading on shirts.

You need to shade his legs better. Just use more contrast when you're shading. You shall use some other program for spriting.

Mostly paint, but sometimes neopaint and gimp.

Its better now(in future sprite do that for hair and little more shade give him).
If you do more spritee like this you will be betterand faster!!!!

Fixed shading a little, added old boots, fixed hands, gloves, bandages, changed palete for belt and other dark colour things, moved left hand closer to body by 1-2 pixels, added 1 blue eye to symbol on shirt:
