Did you just take a Broly sprite, smudge it and change some parts of it? The shading really looks like that.

now how did you know about the smudge tool? I always use the smudge tool and then use the blur tool on the smudge parts
for eg. like on the wings of deathbat, in drop's legs, taio cruz's jacket, take on gray lady's hair...

you´re acting weird. other people wouldnt accept your "sprite" because its a drawing on paper, but quertz accepted it, so be glad!
i voted for him not because of that and heskey was a spamer anyway. there was a chance that i vote for you, but you ruined brolys eyes. with these pop eyes you dont need to wonder why.
