First of all, there are some flaws to fix before you go on further.
1) Neck seems unnatural and narrow. neck is usually a little less wider than the size of head. I cant explain how it connects with head. But the best way is to look at some reference/ pictures.
2) Head lacks shape and eyes are larger/placed wide. There is only one eye gap between two eyes. And the eye size varies with head's size. Best way to get in correct position is to know that the eyebrows are in line with the ear's top and the nose ends in line with ear's bottom. So that you can place your eyes correctly (almost) :P .

I dont like few things, i can see lits of spiky hair on his neck, and since he is deep, try to make more like deep, head form, hair. Now he looks like a teen who like to wield a sword on his back.
@erbu,When you are making like ''i made it in 10 mins'' then it shows that you are bored and you want to finish it so you could get bored again, if you wanna have some fun, then enjoy, spend much more and dont show to us that you are bored when you posted.
I know something thats how i am doing.
If i get bored, then iam not trying to make anything related to art because then you wont gona make good progress, if you are bored go to youtube or somewhere else where you could watch videos or some film, play some games.

i have to admit that i agreed with EXG9 this time cuze he is right.
You start again with fast and bored "drawing".
Fast is something what you get with practising. U are far from that.
if you bored do something else, drawing is "slow" progress.

when im bored i dont start to draw slow when im bored i start to rush dont know why maybe the image issoooo bad ok ill fix every thing
