Burnout?
I think I have it, even if it doesn't work on my computer. Weird names (i.e. "Il'andri'iel") or normal names (i.e. "Thomas")?

One beam.
It may not be very accurate (because the target could dodge a single beam easily unless the beam is massive) but if it hits it can do a lot of damage. Zekrom or Reshiram? (They're Pokémon, in case someone doesn't know)

Lightning. I have a fear of fire so I pick Lightning. Also, Pikachu's Lightning (well, Electric to be technical).
