I don't run much,I like cycling more.
But I guess I'll post some,after my exams.

BTW could you tell me what website/software you used to get track your running?

i use runkeeper on my phone (free android app), and it sends it to their website (www.runkeeper.com)

Well, I do love running, but don't have a good track(country is poor). So the only place I can run long enough is on the running machine. :P
This place motivates me to become an artist, this place motivates me to learn coding, this place made me grow up, showed me the ways to interact with people. Unlike the old childish of me myself, I've learned a lot and gotten some experiences. For me, it's not just a fan forum, it's a helpful community. From a noob to someone who would think before he speaks, looking back at my old post made me laugh hard, I'm grateful of the differences between these 2 years.

i dont run anymore because of the school. Anyways i have been running for some days 3 months ago. according to google maps the distance was 1.8 km. I ran 1.8km, then i took a break. I usually have been doing this distance for 4 or 6 times. Usually it needed about 9 or 10 minutes, but sometimes just 7 minutes.

I run, as well. I've been pretty chubby before i started doing so. :P
Especially in summer my father, his friend, his friends kids and i go running and playing football(soccer, whatever) on a play field. It's fun and it's a good exercise. I have gotten way faster and slimmer since then. I don't keep track tho.

@VMarko: Neither did i. But i was. Two of my friends are. Good think i'm not anymore. Everyone was surprised when i came to school this September. Not a big change(I wasn't that fat) but still. :P

I do run 30 minutes a day regularly to keep my body fit, for me it's the best exercise. Well, I do not keep records but I want to do so. Since, keeping records will help me improve my pace and will also detail me about my improvements. I cannot use runkeep since I'm 15 and I do not own a android phone. Can there be apps like that in java?

I used to running(and cycling) every morning(around 4/8 km) but, now 'cuz school i can't...
I was searching alot about how to improve your condition/body fit!
There are few wery good method for it...i forgot them but i can search for them again if you want!?

@bla, I never was chubby :P and i don't want to be chubby!

I guess you could have a look at the Nike-Sport watches. Or that Nike+Apple running thing.
Both are run keepers and you don't necessarily need an android phone.

Eh, I guess I should start running too, I registered for a triathlon in summer.
