Transform tutorial

hey all, I am new in the forum, and I need some help pleaze, I am new in the forum as I said, and I am new in data changing too, what I want?
I want the char Justin to transform into Julian with Defend-Up-Jump

I have this, but it doesn't work, it transform, but Julian is invisible...

After using state 8xxx an object starts using pictures from 140 onwards instead of 0 (look at soldier characters for reference: bandit/hunter/jack/mark/etc).

Julian doesn't have this and thus is invisible. You can add it though.
