ossiee is confused. He forgot that minimal fire type attack such as ember is not very effective against Kyogre.
Anyway qwertz143 uses Full Restore on Kyogre. Kyogre has full health. Ossiee hurts himself in confusion.

Jirachi uses Last Resort (Japanese: とっておき The Best). It is the best attack.
Rayquaza fainted in one shot
The outrage managed to hit jirachi but its not at all effective against steel.
Jirachi cannot use last resort for the next 5 posts.
