Well if he doesn't grab weapons you will have to create a new AI script for him otherwise the COM will constantly try to pick sh*t up and fail and end up sucking. So depends whether you're more lazy spriting or learning how to do AI shiiii~

I once saw a character (don't remember which one) that solved this issue pretty funnily: instead of picking up the weapon, he kicked it away. Thus, the AI went towards the weapon, kicked it away, and kept going normally

That sounds like a great solution. What would be a good thing for Goku to do when he tries to pick something up?
- Kick it away
- Shoot himself up into the air with a wind effect like Henry's & destroy object
- Shoot himself up into the air with a kamehameha to the ground & destroy object (a bit overkill IMO, haha)
Other ideas?

But if he has to floating, what sense of landing on ground just to kick a weapon? I'd prefer option with custom ai, instead of again repeat idea which already was used in some chars.

Nobody's making an AI for Goku, and I don't know how to do it & I'm not going to learn it.. so that doesn't seem like an option.

well, thats the problem, he doesn't want to/too lazy to make this and looks for other actions to replace it...
i vote for kicking it!

vote for second option, something in goku style.. he teleports quick in the air, do quick wind attack(destroy object) and back on the ground quickly(also teleport:P)..
