So after looking into the website further through the forums. I found out that it's just really unorganized. The reason like 60% of the countries in the world are regionally blocked from playing achievement games is that there have been situations where multiple accounts were made from those regions to cheat the coins. Even so that's really not the way to deal with it, there's plenty of people that are trying to play it fair and do not even get a chance to do so now.

Bah, looks like it's always too good to be true.
