^I agree! Instead of floating baseball bat, he could create let's say a whold modification, which inculdes 10 new characters, 20 backgrounds and coupon for free sushi.
But guess what? It's his first (fun)char. What did you expect? Tell him what needs changes and his second project hopefully will be at least 2 times better.

Alright, my turn:
- I like dash attack. You could add the same effect for run attack, because current one is really crappy.
- I like also look of D>J action, however it's kinda overpowered, make it dissapears after hitting an opponent.
- But I do not like how he's changing color and using whole arsenal of magic. Oh, and this horrible question mark..

I'd suggest to get rid of idea with 6! special moves and centre on his basic actions. Try to improve his movements during standing, walking, running... He don't need to waving like that, just give him effect of floating by changing y: cooridnates. Also try to improve punching sprites.
Or even...
When this character is already enough different from others, you can go a bit further. Who said you have to jump when you press J, or defending after pressing D?

Yeah when you say that ,,waving in stand and walk frames looks bad, I recognize that its really looks crap, its better to make just some y changes great idea. and the colour changes I think thats ok for specialmoves, but I should not use it in every move :D. I know the D>J is Op. but I dont really know how to better that, maybe facing 0 is enough, I look what I can do.

Lower damages, bigger mp cost. The easiest way of balancing moves. Stay with facing: 20, it gives cool effect. You can also make it completely disappear (together with a tail) after hitting an opponent, or reduce tail's damage and fall: to really tiny, so it'll be more irritating than dangerous.
For color changing, you can add better effect of transition - more frames with indirect colors.

I really like the Idear that a ghost control the Stick, And I want focus all special moves on electricity, but the problem is I am a newbie in spriting, It can took month to add a ghost to the stick. First I rework the basics, then add two shock moves, so he have 4. Then I need a story why a ghost should chose a stick? a spirit of a baseball player? =)

i know this might sound bad to someone, but if it is a ghost...it can just show itself in some frames only right? and maybe it is just a dark transparent shape appearing during certain actions? some dark tendrils drifting around the baseball bat? who knows? anyway, just a suggestion...:D

The character is good but i guess it needs a ghostly appearance who's holding the bat?like that

Hey!
beta is finish =)
I try to solve the most problems and add a new Specialmove
Its a bit sad, actually I want to upload a Video on YouTube, but it doesn't worked :-[

Whats new:
-cut all recolours (seems much better now)
-cut the waving
-optimize the most frames (work much fluider now)
-fix the caching frames and the caching throw bug
-fix the punch and super punch frames
-new rowing move
-new run attack (just sprites and a bit bdy, itr regulation)
-new specialmove (D^A electric rain)
-fix the annoing pick up weapon effect (now its like Liso)
-fix the D>J move (no more Overpowered)

Next goals:

Stage Mod (I dont plan it exactly yet, but its a Story about the fusion of the stick and a ghost)
