pff we still got like a whoooole minute, that's more than enough time to loot a chest... only takes half a second in all RPG's I ever played...

Nope they didn't, they first went to the upper floor (for no reason at all). you may still attempt to get that last chest but who knows how much time you'll have left...

Hmmm, I suggest that one hurries down (the one with highest agi aka. Bamboori) and wakes the three up whereas the other take the last chest. I'm greedy just like that

or the other way round. bp may try to loot the last chest as well (stealth mode thingy), while smonin and me go and warn/protect the others, since theyll more likely be headed towards the resting group... i think.

Blue Phoenix: OK, here's the plan. You hurry and get the others, I'll get that last chest on the map. We'll meet at the back entrance of the estate. Now go!

Bamboori and snorsorbet quickly nod and then they rush down the stairs together. They split up at a cross corridor, Blue Phoenix heading to the passage on the right while the others make their way to the left to warn the others.

As Blue Phoenix attempts to insert the Master Key into the door's lock, it surprisingly doesn't fit. At least, that's what he thinks. Perhaps he is shaking too much, perhaps that particular lock has been recreated for an extra key somewhere, but ultimately he's unable to unlock the door with the key. Silently, he then hears the rest of his party moving along a corridor next to him, most likely already on their way to the aforementioned back entrance. Just shortly after that he can make out faint noises from the other side of the building. Jaden and his troop must have just entered the estate!
There's really not much time left; he could still try to bash the door in though. While it's mainly made out of wood, it does make a robust impression as it is partially fortified with iron.

bullsh*t! you just ran out of ideas for items that could be in chests so you're f***ing us over... the master key can open any door

aaanyways I'll run abit back to the tile top-right to the marked one (on your map), so in case bp takes to much time and is getting chased by the enemys while he runs to the back entrance I could shoot a blinding ray or something to distract them and get him abit more time... that beeing said, CRUSH DOWN THE DOOR YOU GREEDY BASTARD!

No, there really is something in the chest or maybe it's just a false security mechanism and the chest is empty after all? Maybe the map is out of date and that room has absolutely nothing inside. Who knows!
