Cannot upload a avatar.
It says that

The URL you entered for your avatar does not appear to be valid. Please ensure you enter a valid URL.

even if my url is good.
and cannot upload directly from my pc
says that

The file upload failed. Please choose a valid file and try again.

In case you haven't noticed (at least I didn't), avatars and attachments work again. Credits to Lauli over whose new ava I stumbled lol
