I guess we should think of a solution together. Not just for you, but for anyone who feels demotivated at this point.

Also, I want to let you know that I will continue the project even if everybody else leaves at some point. It is a last option though, as it would definately have a bad influence on the overall quality of the mod, so I really hope you guys are staying to work on the mod together.

How can we get you motivated again JoHo? What is the reason for being demotivated in the first place, you think?

And @Ariel, that's great news. I really hope you can get good progress on the general. I think its best if we leave Nino to Arcane for now, as the general is your design and you'll be away very soon. Do you think you can manage finishing the sprites for this character (or at least 1 full version) in the time given?

I have felt the need to say this in a while, so the moment is finally there.

Many of us have been having motivational problems lately. We've been on a break, I hope it helped to get some motivation again. If motivation is still lacking: I really hope you'll get your motivation back soon. I'd like to see some progress from all of us during summer. If not, I'll have to shrink the amount of team members down unfortunately.

My reason for this is simple. Everybody joined the team to create something. If motivation to work on the mod is still an issue even after your 1-month break and it doesn't get better soon, motivation will probably remain low, and we can't work with a demotivated team as it clearly influences the other team members also.

So please get active, I'm hoping to continue with all of you guys on the team. If there's no serious progress before mid-August (August 15th), I will reorganise the mod and continue with only the motivated ones that show some progress. I also have a back-up plan in case we're left with only a handful of members. I hope you guys understand, its for the better.

Sad to hear even though I'm not surprised as you wanted to leave a long time ago, but stayed because you wanted to finish the wizard. I guess this also means you won't finish that character, right? If that is the case, could you share your unshared sprites (if any), so that we can try to finish the character?

You will of course be credited for the design and your part in creating this character.

I'm glad you enjoyed it nontheless Fun is also a major aspect of projects like this. Perhaps you'll have fun playing this mod in a few years from now ^_^
