Looks neat! However there are few corrections to be made
1) Her right hand wrist is big. Maybe you need to add the projecting bone signifying the joints.
2) Her outer-garment(Blue) . In that the buttoning points are way too left. Shift it kind of 5-8 pixels to right
3) The pose could look complete if you place her left hand on her left thigh. That way it will look more natural
4) The face looks a bit scary with the eyes, nose and mouth making no relation to the whole face. You will have to place them even more accurately

1. Don't know about her wrist, I never made good wrist also :P
2. Agree, they could, maybe because it was was drawn first before I finished with the whole garment(blue).
3. I think that it would make her look too much touchy which could lead to the theory that she want to get some attention from the opposite sex. I decided to hide her other arm/hand and to have a mystery. Maybe she is holding some kind of weapon like knife :P But thanks for pointing that Might redo the whole version when I get home

This bold line makes it seem like there is a gap between the hair and the head. It's as if she's bald and is wears a wig of some sort.

@Gad: I might have been rampant and harsh or over emphasizing with my criticism but all I wanted to tell now is that the percentage of completion of the work. There is no doubt that this a great drawing, however Sagner can keep these ideas in his mind while making amends(if at all he is going to make some). I also have made few personal suggestions along with the criticism in-case you didn't notice. No one is exaggerating. Sagner might have already made decisions of what to edit, there is no harm in suggesting some of them is what I felt, so that he won't forget them/ might not have noted the little mistakes(which might even be irrelevant or even not needed to be corrected).

Judging by my previous artworks, you do realize that it's simple drawing/painting just to show the character, not the technique and stuff, also there was no technique or if there was it would be just a simple outline and color to fill the gap between some stuff.
