Looking for a char (Kera)

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the char in the pic. From what I get, her name is Kera.
I saw her on LF2 - The Julian War 2 by DSanimation but I can't find her zip/rar anywhere. I tried messaging him but no reply.

She only appeared in lf2 julian war series.she is no actual player.there is no zip file for her.
and yes Dsanimation will not reply,he is busy with his exams.
