Hello again guys! some of you remember me but some don't. My username was johnr8, i just registered because i didn't know the password of my other account xd. I was wanted to ask a question, is lf2 still alive? i mean, does someone still make chars, mod, stages or play them?

Whether it's "alive" or not depends on your definition of the word. You explained that what you mean is whether someone still makes characters, makes mods, makes stagehether it's "alive" or not depends on your definition of the word. You explained that whats, or plays them.

If that's your definition, then Gad saying that it is still being modded answers your question completely: It is alive.

Just by looking at today's posts, one can see that we have had two posts from people asking modding-related questions. Furthermore, a world record in the survival mode of the game was broken less than a week ago. So yes, it's still being played.

To answer the question you asked the two before me: although I don't play on my computer much, half of what I play nowadays is Little Fighter 2 stage mode. I don't find time for most other games because they require you invest a lot of time before you can achieve anything in game.

Answer yourself how many significant new realeses we had in past year .. i define "alive" as having a potential to be something big. Lf2 won't get more popular overtime. Forum is getting less and less active with every day (you can't deny that) because people who actually liked game for what it is and people who were determined to do big things with the game encounter different kind of game,.. ultimate one, called life.
Think about forum few years ago. It was bursting with new members trying to draw something or trying to DC, script, etc... now the most active forum gets is when LABEEB makes completely irrelevant post or when someone opens up a thread with deep questions regarding life in general (luti recently)

I have been saying that lf2 is dead/dying for many years now. I was probably saying it back in 2007-8. Every year I would think this is the end, but I would still stick around and every year I'd be wrong.

I don't really visit here anymore, so to me it's finally dead. But hey, who knows. If other people are still visiting here it will live on until they stop.
