Little fighter 2 Screen Glitch Help?

I'm having this really wierd problem with running some modded versions of the game

The screen splits to a lot of screens, help?

Hmm. If I remember correctly, you're not supposed to open the usual LF2 exe, but there would be another executable which will run the game when you click on "start game".

Could you maybe detail what you're doing?
