[Char] Louis-m & LouisEX-m

[Memento]

Introduction
I've decided to name my edits from original LF2 characters *name*-m, m standing for Memento.
Other characters in this series are - as we speak - Firen-m and Sorcerer-m.

I hereby introduce Louis-m and LouisEX-m. I consider them to be finished, yet I'm open to feedback (such as towards balancing, installation, bugs).

Both characters have a shockwave move on D^A, which gives Louis a new and dangerous edge on the z-axis especially.
LouisEX-M is definately stronger than regular LouisEX, due to his shockwave attack, modified (now more versitile) DvA, and a dash back attack that "should be illegal". Maybe it should. Let me know

Credits
The shockwave move was originally intented LF2 Extended. The idea came from me, and I made the sprites, data and AI for this character myself (Memento).

If you want to include this specific character in your mod: please ask permission first. I'm still considering if it should be made exclusively available to LF2 Extended if we'd ever continue for real - which is doubtful. But for now: please don't use the character for a new mod, until further notice.
