MSpaint, PhotoFiltre coz they are not hard to use, especially MSpaint. It's the most basic graphic program to spriting.

Adobe Photoshop
![]() I think, it's one of the best programs, but it's very hard. Sometimes I use Flash ![]() And I think, Gimp is also good Yes, and it's freeware!

well, sure photoshop is the best, but it's very hard to use.
I often use Adobe Painshop Pro 8, Animation Shop and Paint

The only program i use is Photofiltre Studio.

i for myself often use photofiltre cause its easy to learn, has many plugins and is free.

I don'T sprite much.
Only recolouring and for that purpouse Photofiltre rocks ^^ My Creations: (Click to View) Return (String) System.getNewsOfTheDay(); Barely active, expect slow responses. If at all. Greetz, Alblaka

Adobe also supports machosists by making programms like Painshop.
Anyways, I use Corel Photo Paint 11. It has pretty much every feature you need for photo editing and spriting. Much like Photoshop, only that it costs just 25$
