well thanks for the help anyway becasue someone said silva made an edit of LF2 1.9 which had state 40xx i was looking for that but i guess it wasnt true.

Duh, you have to be more specific... I made lots of exe edits. http://lf-empire.de/forum/showthread.php?tid=34 It is all for 1.9c, not 1.9.
